Gear Construction was founded in 2020 by owner Kevin Gear II. Built on a strong family tradition in the construction industry, Kevin established the company with a vision of creating a trusted name known for quality craftsmanship, integrity, and attention to detail.

A graduate of Texas Tech University, Kevin earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, combining a strong educational background with hands-on construction experience and leadership. This foundation allows Gear Construction to deliver projects with professionalism, efficiency, and a commitment to excellence from start to finish.
